Course Description
Welcome to Introduction to Psychology! This course is designed to introduce you to the many areas of psychology including research methods, perception, learning, motivation, personality, abnormal behavior and therapy, social behavior, and brain mechanisms in behavior and consciousness. Students wishing to better their understanding of human behavior, or why we do what we do, will benefit from taking this course. After completing this course, you should be able to recognize elements of psychology in your daily life and realize how psychology contributes to society.
